Just like at a real networking meeting, the conversation begins with interaction. People do business with people. So just like at an offline networking meeting, you introduce yourself to each other and interact. To get to know the other and what value someone has to offer. And you do the same thing on LinekdIn. You connect with each other, you respond to messages, you share your value and thereby create value for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LinkedIn as a social business platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>But LinkedIn is more than just a social media platform. It is a social business platform for your company's marketing and sales. And also your personal branding for you as a business owner, employer or employee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's all about presenting and creating value, and achieving your goals. LinkedIn connects people with similar goals, enabling collaboration and growth. This is done based on how people respond to each other's posts and the interaction that occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online networking on LinkedIn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Online networking on LinkedIn can be thought of as a series of virtual meetings. They are daily online business meetings.  Where it's all about connecting with others and building valuable relationships. Like traditional networking, a mutual click often develops. People find each other, get to know each other better and develop collaboration opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attract others with your value and positive energy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A fascinating aspect of LinkedIn is that the energy you exude also attracts others. By being active, not only by following and liking, but also by commenting, you attract the attention of people who share the same energy. This increases your visibility and opens doors to new opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By regularly sharing your value through your post, as well as through your valuable responses to other posts, you speak to your target audience and thus attract your audience.
