Then you are leaving value (including money!) and losing energy and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Strengthen your remarkable value proposition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Your remarkable value proposition is the key to your success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Why should anyone choose you over everyone else?<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 The people who see your value and achieve the results they want will appreciate you and be grateful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Ongoing value creation <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Create and add more value. Never stop developing and growing personally and professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 The more value you give, the more you get in return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Divide = give = multiply<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Improve efficiency - build frameworks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Do the right things at the right time for the right people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Do it smart, focus only \"hard\" on the things you enjoy and that add the most value. I also call it your income-generating activities (IGAs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Create systems - frameworks - to work smarter, save time and energy and use those to e.g. turn new ideas back into your offerings and into content. Go for the long term. Your value will pay off in the long run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Renew and Innovate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Continue, improve, adapt and innovate to add more value that aligns with your value-based pricing strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Only then does your price become irrelevant. People want to work with you for who you are, the value you give and the results they achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Personal development and business growth <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 Growth in leadership in your life, your business and your future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u21b3 BE-DO-HAVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strengthen your leadership position and increase your value. Both your personal value, your value proposition and the value of your company. Think about your business processes, your onboarding, customer satisfaction, retention. But also profitability. It will create momentum for many more small victories by the end of the day. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. \"If you want to change the world, find someone to help you paddle.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n >>You cannot change the world. You do have the choice to change yourself and make an impact in your own way. Choose and surround yourself with friends, like-minded people and coaches\/mentors who will help you achieve your goals.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. \"If you want to change the world, measure a person by the size of their heart, not the size of their flippers.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n >>Nothing matters except a person's will and potential\/value to make an impact. Not social status, education or background.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. \"If you want to change the world, get over being a sugar cookie and keep moving forward.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n >> Despite your best efforts, sometimes you will fail. Learn from it and adjust your strategy and actions. Try again tomorrow. Every day 1% better than yesterday (compound effect)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. \"If you want to change the world, don't be afraid of the circuses.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n >>Without peaks no valleys to peak again. Use these valleys (setbacks) to make you stronger. Every valley in life is actually the time to grow again.
