She sat across from me. For weeks she had doubted whether to get in. She already had everything. A thriving business, a solid team, plenty of sales. But also restlessness, fatigue and inexplicable doubt. Her schedule was full, her head even fuller. Everything was running and yet she felt like she was being lived.

Sustainable growth takes place in three inextricably linked areas:

The difference between doing and being
We were taught from an early age how to do. But we were not taught how we want to be. Many times we have been emotionally malnourished and we were taught at an early age that we had to work hard to be rewarded.
It has brought us a lot, but ultimately also cost us a lot. Because performance has taken a lot out of us, both mentally and physically. Have bitten ourselves into a system that is starting to squeak and creak, because it no longer matches who we are.
