Then I saw that many educated women were going through the same thing. They were not getting stuck because of lack of ability, but because the system could no longer carry them. The system rewards reason, tolerates emotional intelligence, but ignores intuitive acuity and visionary thinking. Forerunners who work outside the norm are rarely given the space needed to deliver what they have within them.
