Do you leave value on the table?

If you are not showing and fully utilizing your value by doing what you are good at and energized by..., then you are leaving value untapped.

Because then how can you expect your customers to be able to see your value and be convinced of your value? And thus want to pay for your valuable offering?

Not to mention the energy you get from it and what you radiate (and therefore attract) and are noticed by another. Your top clients.

Your potential is your value.

what is your value?

The frequently asked question from my clients, "How can I create more value and enrich my offering with it?

Herewith my Framework: High-Value Leadership & Value creation.

In 6 steps strengthen your value and grow personally and professionally:

1. Use your potential

Use your full potential and do work with drive and passion. Do what makes you tick, energizes you and makes an impact.

↳ If not? Then you are leaving value (including money!) and losing energy and time.

2. Strengthen your remarkable value proposition

↳ Your remarkable value proposition is the key to your success.

↳ Why should anyone choose you over everyone else?

↳ The people who see your value and achieve the results they want will appreciate you and be grateful.

3. Ongoing value creation

↳ Create and add more value. Never stop developing and growing personally and professionally.

↳ The more value you give, the more you get in return.

Divide = give = multiply

4. Improve efficiency - build frameworks

↳ Do the right things at the right time for the right people.

↳ Do it smart, focus only "hard" on the things you enjoy and that add the most value. I also call it your income-generating activities (IGAs)

↳ Create systems - frameworks - to work smarter, save time and energy and use those to e.g. turn new ideas back into your offerings and into content. Go for the long term. Your value will pay off in the long run.

5. Renew and Innovate

↳ Continue, improve, adapt and innovate to add more value that aligns with your value-based pricing strategy.

↳ Only then does your price become irrelevant. People want to work with you for who you are, the value you give and the results they achieve.

6. Personal development and business growth

↳ Growth in leadership in your life, your business and your future.

↳ BE-DO-HAVE

Strengthen your leadership position and increase your value. Both your personal value, your value proposition and the value of your company. Think about your business processes, your onboarding, customer satisfaction, retention. But also profitability. On the one hand generating more revenue as well as saving time and costs by strategically working smarter and more productively.

Where is the focus for you this year?

Leverage your remarkable value

Continue to grow and develop for greater value

Both you and your customers will appreciate its impact

Book tip: Personal development and business growth

A book I read recently that ties in well with this is Admiral Mc Raven's book.

Make your bed by Admiral Mc Raven

Herewith 5 valuable lessons I took from the book:

1. "If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed."

>> Achieve a goal for each day - a small valuable victory when you wake up. It will create momentum for many more small victories by the end of the day.

2. "If you want to change the world, find someone to help you paddle."

>>You cannot change the world. You do have the choice to change yourself and make an impact in your own way. Choose and surround yourself with friends, like-minded people and coaches/mentors who will help you achieve your goals.

3. "If you want to change the world, measure a person by the size of their heart, not the size of their flippers."

>>Nothing matters except a person's will and potential/value to make an impact. Not social status, education or background.

4. "If you want to change the world, get over being a sugar cookie and keep moving forward."

>> Despite your best efforts, sometimes you will fail. Learn from it and adjust your strategy and actions. Try again tomorrow. Every day 1% better than yesterday (compound effect)

5. "If you want to change the world, don't be afraid of the circuses."

>>Without peaks no valleys to peak again. Use these valleys (setbacks) to make you stronger. Every valley in life is actually the time to grow again. Learn from it, rebuild your strength and strengthen again to move on to the next peak.

Innovate and invest to grow personally and professionally.

One Life. Lead it. Live it.

Have a great week,

Gerdi
